Lee Moulson

With over 25 years in the Sports and Leisure Industry as well as commercial radio, Lee has operated at a high level delivering business solutions for a range of companies with a variety of ownership structures. 

As Head of Sales for over 10 years he has managed and motivated teams to boost business volume, deliver cost savings and fundamentally increase profitability across a number of diverse business units.

For example, Lee has worked with a leading sports venue operator successfully designing and implementing rescue packages for sales and operations in their North and South West regions, as well as creating new booking processes to reward loyalty, drive advanced sales and change buyer behaviour with a ‘global’ view to sales, maximising cross selling/regional selling opportunities across their entire business.

Lee has designed and implemented targeted, effective and profitable sales processes securing £16m profit for a leading entertainment venue and created year-on-year growth in conferencing and events business.  He is adept at negotiating lucrative partnerships to drive sales and showcase products and services.

He was runner-up in the ‘Young Business person of the Year’ at the Gloucestershire Business Awards in 2014 and has received plaudits at the National Conference Awards, winning the Bronze award in their ‘Best Event’ category, for inventing and delivering The McCoy Awards at Cheltenham Racecourse in 2017. Lee is a meticulous organiser and is skilled at planning and delivering major events. During his career he has liaised with numerous VIP clients, so his high attention to detail allows this client base to be confident they are going to get the event they require. 

Aside from his many practical achievements with a range of companies, Lee has a solid foundation in business theory gaining CMI qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership along with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management.  He has also completed Cranfield University’s much revered General Management Programme in 2018; all of which enable him to provide you with the expertise needed to support your business. Overall, Lee is a successful charismatic, energetic and respected senior business strategist and sales professional with a proven track record of persistently securing high levels of business within fiercely competitive markets. He can help you identify objectives, overcome obstacles and motivate teams to  deliver high standards, all with the aim of enhancing company brand value and market share.
